If you live in Wanstead, Leytonstone or South Woodford, I can hand deliver your goodies.

 

Bank transfer 

On larger or commissioned items I can send you an invoice so you can arrange a bank transfer. 

 

I will never share or sell your information to any third party, and the information I collect is solely used to contact you about your order if necessary.

 

 

DELIVERY INFORMATION

All my products are shipped using the Royal Mail. If you are buying from the UK or Europe I will endeavour to get these shipped to you within 5 working days. If for any reason delivery will take longer, I will let you know by email as soon as possible and keep you updated. Personalised products may take longer to produce, but I will always keep you informed.

 

If you need your order in a hurry, please email me stating a specific time frame and I’ll gladly see if I can accommodate your request.

 

FREE LOCAL DELIVERY

If you live in Wanstead, I'll happily hand deliver your items to you.

Email me at info@murielandme.com to order your items or if you would prefer to order via Etsy, I can then refund your delivery charge in
cash when delivering to you. 

 

PRINTS

Each print is individually packaged in cellophane where it is is supplied flat or if supplied in a roll, it will be rolled in tissue. It will be delivered to you using Royal Mail's signed for service at a cost of £4.40, including posting and packaging (P&P).

 

When hand delivered locally, prints are supplied packed flat with supportive backing board in a protective cellophane bag.

 

Take care when handling prints – unfortunately I cannot take responsibility for any damage caused by you when handling or framing prints once they are in your possession.

 

PERSONALISED & COMMISSIONED ITEMS 

These are sent by first-class signed for Royal Mail. P&P cost dependant on size of product, I will keep you updated when you make your order. 

 

ALL OTHER ITEMS

Tea Towels - Delivered to you in a padded envelope by first-class Royal Mail. UK P&P £1.30 

A4 Mounted Prints - Delivered to you in cardboard sleeve by first-class signed for Royal Mail. UK P&P £2.40

 

Please ensure that the delivery details you provide to me will have someone available to accept and sign for the order. If you miss the delivery, your order will go to the nearest sorting or posting office to you. If you do not collect the package, it will then be returned to me. Any further attempts to deliver following this would then incur extra charges.


INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Please get in touch to enquire about sending products internationally. I am happy to do so.

 

 

 

PERSONALISED & COMMISSIONED ITEMS

Commissioned items will usually take me 3 - 4 weeks to produce depending on my workload. I require a 50% deposit upfront before work can commence. The final balance will be required before delivery. I will let you know by email as soon as your artwork is completed and keep you updated on your order’s progress. 

 

All customised orders are non-refundable after order confirmation. In addition, customised orders may not be cancelled or refunded once final PDF proofs have been approved. Upon final PDF approval of your personalised order, I cannot accept returns due to any and all errors (such as misspelled words etc.). By approving your final proof you accept responsibility for the information and layout as shown. If errors are discovered after proof approval, I will have to charge for a reprint and reposting. 

 

Items which have been personalised or made especially to order cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded, unless they are damaged or faulty. 

 

 

 

REFUNDS & RETURNS

Should you wish to cancel your order or return an item please get in touch by emailing me at info@murielandme.com. You have 28 days from the date of purchase the item(s) to return it. 

 

Unused orders in their original packaging may be returned. Once I receive the returned item(s) the charges will be credited to you (though shipping costs are non-refundable). Used items or those not in their original packaging cannot be returned. Please supply a note along with your goods explaining your reasons for return.

 

Items bought in a sale or items  have been personalised or made especially to order cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded, unless they are damaged or faulty.

 

If you complete an order and decide that you no longer wish to proceed, please contact me within 24 hours of making your purchase as I aim to post your order as soon as possible. If an item has already been sent, you can cancel your order, but you will not receive a refund until the item has been returned in its original state.

 

I can only refund postage for faulty goods or those sent in error. I cannot take responsibility for any goods lost in transit, so please use a secure service if returning any unwanted goods.

Description and price of goods

I have taken care to describe and show items as accurately as possible, however slight variations in items may occur. If there is anything that you do not understand, please email info@murielandme.com

 

I have made every effort to display colours accurately and product images are for illustrative purposes only. However, I cannot guarantee that your computer’s display of the colours accurately reflect the colour of the products. Your products may vary slightly from those images.

 

I make every effort to ensure that the pricing displayed on my website is correct. However, if an error in the pricing of a product is found I reserve the right to either cancel your order or contact you to arrange payment of any extra sum due or refund any over-payment made by you (as applicable). I reserve the right to alter all product pricing without notice.

 

Placing an order

I may refuse at my discretion to accept an order:

a) where I cannot obtain authorisation for your payment;

b) if there has been a pricing or product description error;

c) where goods ordered by you are not available;

d) if I do not deliver to your area.

Where I do not accept your order, but have processed your payment, I will re-credit your account with any amount deducted by me from your debit or credit card as soon as possible, but in any event within 30 days of your order. I will not be obliged to pay any additional amount as compensation for disappointment.
